Nozari Legal unapologetically reflects its principal attorney, Neda Nozari, in all its work. We are dedicated to using our unique voice, perspective, and legal approach in every aspect of the firm. We act with compassion, sincerity, conviction, and a steadfast attitude for our client’s legal needs. We center people and employ a holistic approach to the practice of law.

We offer services in the areas of real estate, business law, employment law, and mediation.

Why are you a member of the WBAI?

I am a member of WBAI because I believe in the importance of connecting and centering women attorneys. It is vital to empower women in the legal profession, foster mentorship, and create safe spaces where we can share experiences and support one another. By building these networks, we can collectively advance women’s roles in the legal field and ensure that we have the resources and opportunities to succeed in what can often be a male-dominated industry.

What do you think is the best way to empower women in law?

I believe the best way to empower women in law is through building strong, supportive networks and mentorships that lift each other up. When women create spaces to connect, share their experiences, and advocate for one another, it fosters growth and confidence. It’s also essential that women in leadership positions actively mentor and sponsor those rising in their careers, helping to break down barriers and pave the way for greater equality and success in the legal profession.

What are you most looking forward to in the following year, personally/professionally?

I am looking forward to intentional growth and connection with others who are positive and hopeful thinkers and doers.

I love electronic dance music and love attending concerts and festivals whenever possible. I hope to never stop!
