Why are you a member of the WBAI?

The women of WBAI are game-changers in the legal community, and I hope to be like many of the well-known members and game-changers.

What do you think is the best way to empower women in law?

Give them a chance to have a voice, and allow that voice to be authentic – even if it breaks the mold.

What are you most looking forward to in the following year, personally/professionally?

I am most looking forward to being more involved in bar organizations and growing my professional development. My career aspirations are big, and they start with a single step in the right direction every day.

Tell us something interesting about you.

I love to sing, and I have been singing my entire life, from church to Chicago Children’s Choir to Spelman College Glee Club and now with the CBA (Chicago Bar Association) Chorus.
