Part-Time Attorney

Seeking part-time attorney. Duties will include all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and attending court in-person and remotely. Applicant will be expected to work in-person approximately 50% of the time, including commuting to local courthouses (Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties) when needed for court appearances, and meeting with clients in the office. There is an option of working remotely the remaining time. Practice areas include litigation, family law, and mechanics liens. Pay will be hourly and dependent upon experience. At least 2+ years of litigation experience is preferred. Must be an IL licensed attorney.
