Our Intellectual Property Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate, with significant intellectual property litigation experience, to join in either our Chicago or Boston offices.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in soft IP litigation – copyright, trademark, and trade secrets – and technology disputes. Candidates who possess a software background, with the ability to read code or understand software implementations, are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Candidates should also have experience running small cases and should have trial experience.

The attorneys in our Intellectual Property Practice Group work closely with clients to remove obstacles, helping them stay ahead of changing patent laws and judicial decisions. They provide solutions for navigating around competitors’ patents, extracting value from their intellectual property while protecting their assets.
