Our Health Care Practice Group is seeking to hire a motivated mid-level associate.  The successful candidate can be based in any NP office, including – New York City, Long Island, Chicago, Los Angeles, Providence, or Albany. This position is also open to candidates who are fully remote. This is an excellent opportunity to join Nixon Peabody’s national health care practice, which has received numerous national and regional rankings, including by Chambers USA, Legal 500, and U.S. News/Best Law Firms.

The ideal candidate will have four to six years of health care regulatory experience working on fraud and abuse issues and compliance matters in the context of business transactions, such as joint ventures and private equity investments, for health care companies and organizations.  Experience with healthcare and/or life sciences transactions is required.  Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
