Our Intellectual Property Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate with significant intellectual property litigation experience to join in our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Washington, DC office.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), as well as intellectual property litigation in U.S. District Courts, appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and proceedings before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The attorneys in our Intellectual Property Practice Group work closely with clients to enforce their intellectual property rights, and defend against allegations of infringement by competitors. They provide solutions for navigating around competitors’ patents, extracting value from their intellectual property while protecting their assets.
