BILLING SPECIALIST

Our Lowis & Gellen LLP Chicago office is in search of a Billing Specialist who has obtained at least three years of experience in the Legal Billing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong legal billing background, enjoys working in a team atmosphere and values the opportunity to learn the responsibilities of others within the team.  We value strong organizational and problem solving skills.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. The firm’s compensation and benefits package is competitive with other mid-sized firms in the Midwest.  This is a full time position.

Main Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Processing and Issuing invoices to clients
Researching and solving payment discrepancies
Updating client master files/Opening new files
Preparing reports as needed
Knowledge of Coyote Analytics and Excel a plus
