Mid-level Investment Management & RECM Associate (Open to all US offices) (Req 21000806)

DLA Piper is seeking an Associate with 4 – 7 years of experience. This position is open to all US offices. The ideal candidate has strong experience with the establishment and representation of private investment funds and their advisers, including both domestic and international private equity, real estate, vc and hedge funds. Additionally, preferred candidates will have experience with joint ventures involving real estate and real estate development. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.

In accordance with New York City, Washington and California’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, Seattle or California, is $295,000 – $400,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications. Benefits information may be found on the DLA Piper LLP (US) career site.
