Overview of Planning a CLE:

  1. Contact WBAI President Kate Conway (kconway@powerrogers.com) and CLE Co-Chairs Sarah King (sfk@cliffordlaw.com) and Melanie VanOverloop (MVanOverloop@RapoportLaw.com) regarding your desired CLE program.   
  2. Once you have received approval from either Kate, Sarah or Melanie, fill out the proposal form (below) and provide required materials to CLE Co-Chair Pooja Ravisankar (rspooja@gmail.com) 45 days prior to any professional responsibility CLE or 30 days prior to any non-professional responsibility CLE. 
  3. Send the marketing form (below) to CLE Co-Chair Pooja Ravisankar (rspooja@gmail.com) at least 30 days prior to the CLE date.  Once the program has been submitted, the marketing will be scheduled to be advertised via email and social media.  Once the program has been approved for CLE credit, the advertising will be updated to reflect that.   
  4. For virtual CLEs, you must conduct a practice CLE with Monique and any speakers to ensure all participants are properly equipped to participate.
