Tiffany D. Gehrke, Partner. Ms. Gehrke secures and protects intellectual property rights for a broad range of clients. In this role, her prior experience as a software engineer gives her valuable insider perspectives into clients’ technologies and she regularly counsels clients regarding prosecution and enforcement matters. Ms. Gehrke has extensive experience representing retailers, manufacturers, publishers, consulting companies, and organizations across a wide variety of industries. She assists those clients in obtaining and protecting their rights in the U.S. and throughout the world. Ms. Gehrke enforces clients’ intellectual property rights through litigation in state and federal courts, before the USPTO, and other dispute resolution forums.
Ms. Gehrke earned her J.D., with a Certificate in Trial Advocacy, from Loyola University Chicago Law School where she was on the Dean’s List, a member of the Giles S. Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court team, and an Intellectual Property Fellow. She completed a B.S.E. in computer science engineering from The University of Michigan.
