Courtney E. Lindbert is a partner at Cunningham, Meyer & Vedrine who focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on medical and professional malpractice claims. Additionally, she represents clients in other general tort and commercial litigation work.
Over the course of her career, she has successfully litigated dozens of jury and bench trials. Before joining CMV, Courtney developed a wide-ranging civil litigation practice including insurance defense, complex commercial litigation and employment matters, as well as pharmaceutical and transportation cases in both state and federal courts.
Courtney received her J.D. from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. While in law school, she interned for Justice Stephen Markman of the Michigan Supreme Court.
Courtney has been on the board of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois since 2016. She has served as co-chair of the Judicial Evaluation Committee, Judicial Reception, and the Civil Litigation Committee.
