WBAI President Lauren Witkowski and WBAI Membership Officer Hayley K. Graham co-hosted a Worker’s Compensation CLE on Thursday, February 16, 2023 via Zoom. The CLE was co-sponsored by The Decalogue Society of Lawyers and included discussion on a variety of topics including what benefits injured workers are entitled to, statute of limitations for filing a claim, notifying your employer of your injury, potential disputed issues, litigating a claim, preparing for trial, the nature and extent of the injury and types of valuations, and what’s trending, among others. A very special thank you to Justice Jesse Reyes for moderating the session.
