The Women’s Bar Association of Illinois is proud to share the success of our Pack the Pantry Initiative, which once again provided Thanksgiving food assistance to local families in need.
Thanks to the generosity of our members and supporters, the WBAI raised more than $3,000.00, allowing us to purchase and deliver fresh, high-quality Thanksgiving meals to families ahead of the November 22 distribution. While details remained confidential due to sensitive circumstances, we can say with confidence that these contributions made a direct and immediate impact on families in our community.
Monetary donations supported the purchase of essential holiday items, including turkeys and hams, ensuring that families were able to enjoy a warm and complete Thanksgiving meal. Every dollar donated went directly toward feeding families during the holiday season.
This initiative reflects the heart of the WBAI—compassion, generosity, and a commitment to showing up for those who need support the most. We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed and helped make this year’s Pack the Pantry Initiative a meaningful success.
Thank you for helping ensure that no family went without a Thanksgiving meal.
