Under the 62,000 piece art glass dome in GAR Hall at the Chicago Cultural Center, the WBAI was honored to present the Mary Heftel Hooten Award to esteemed honorees Hon. Diann K. Marsalek, Hon. Judith C. Rice, Hon. Patricia O’Brien Sheahan, and Hon. Mary K. Rochford on March 6.
This award is given each year at our Judicial Reception to recognize sitting and retired judges who exemplify the characteristics of professionalism, leadership, and advocacy in advancing the causes of women and children.
