The Women’s Bar Association of Illinois is pleased to announce that Tracey L. Schroeder, JD, MBA, has been appointed as our new Executive Director & Director of Communications and Marketing.
Tracey has been an active and dedicated member of the WBAI since 2019. She has served as the organization’s Communications & Marketing Officer for the past two years, is the editor-in-chief of our tri-annual WBAI Newsletter, and has contributed to the success of countless initiatives through her involvement on numerous committees, including event planning, sponsor coordination, and strategic communications.
In addition to her longstanding commitment to the WBAI, Tracey is the Founder & CEO of Schroeder Communications, where she specializes in crafting compelling stories and building impactful brands for law firms, businesses, and nonprofits. Her expertise in communications, marketing, and organizational leadership makes her exceptionally well-suited for this role.
