The Women’s Bar Association of Illinois congratulates Judge Charles S. Beach II on his election as the next Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County, effective December 1, 2025.
Judge Beach was elected by his colleagues on September 10, earning a three-year term and succeeding longtime Chief Judge Timothy C. Evans. In this role, he will oversee administrative policy and the assignment of nearly 400 judges, as well as a significant court budget and thousands of employees across the system.
The WBAI applauds Judge Beach on this achievement and extends our best wishes as he steps into this important leadership position.
