On Friday, March 14th, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois was proud to support the ISBA Standing Committee on Women and the Law (WATL) for its Annual Tea celebrating International Women’s Day, Women’s History Month, and the many accomplishments of women in the legal profession.

Held at the Loews Chicago Hotel, the afternoon gathering offered a warm and inspiring setting for reflection, recognition, and connection. The event was highlighted by a keynote address from Illinois Supreme Court Justice Joy V. Cunningham, whose remarks honored the progress women have made in law and emphasized the work that still lies ahead.
The tea brought together attorneys, judges, and legal leaders from across the state to honor the strength, resilience, and achievements of women in law—past, present, and future.
WBAI extends its congratulations to the ISBA Standing Committee on Women and the Law for hosting another empowering and memorable celebration.
