Description of your practice:

My practice focuses on representing individual clients and financial institutions in securities regulation, litigation, and arbitrations before FINRA and other self-regulatory organizations.

Why are you a member of the WBAI?

I joined the WBAI to connect with individuals who are not only invested in their careers but invested in our community. My hope is to meet individuals who have similar professional and personal goals as myself.

What is your definition of “having it all” OR What are the ways you try to achieve work/life balance?

My definition of “having it all” is the freedom to make my own decisions about how I want to spend my career, time, and resources.

What are you most looking forward to in 2017?

As we are headed towards the end of 2017, I’m already looking towards 2018.  I look forward to networking with people who share my interests, continuing to improve my golf game, and exploring the world, hopefully Vietnam and Cambodia.

Tell us something interesting about you.

I was president of a human rights student organization in law school and was granted the opportunity to visit South Africa. The trip to South Africa had a profound effect on me, eventually leading me to tattoo the word “ubuntu,” a South African philosophy which may be translated as “humanity to others,” on my wrist.
