The Women’s Bar Association of Illinois proudly congratulates attorney and longtime member Heather McPherson on her election as Third Vice-President of the Illinois State Bar Association!
Heather is a respected leader in the legal community with more than 20 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and wealth preservation. A partner at McPherson Law Offices, she is licensed in Illinois, Florida, and Wisconsin, and is known for her thoughtful counsel in complex matters involving estate tax law and agricultural property.
In addition to her impressive legal career, Heather has demonstrated a deep commitment to service and ethics, serving as a Panel Chair on the ARDC Hearing Board and holding key leadership roles with ISBA Mutual Insurance Company and the Illinois Bar Foundation. She is also an active member of the Freeport community.
