The Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, in collaboration with the NWSBA Employment Law Committee and the Hispanic Lawyers Association, was proud to host a comprehensive Sexual Harassment Prevention and Training CLE. This critical program provided attorneys with essential tools to recognize, prevent, and address sexual harassment in the workplace and beyond.
The session featured an insightful presentation by attorney Dennis R. Favaro, Principal and Managing Partner of Favaro & Gorman, Ltd. With more than 35 years of experience in employment law, Dennis’ practice covers a wide range of cases, including a focus on sexual harassment law. The presentation explored key compliance requirements, recent legislative updates, and best practices for fostering a safe and respectful work environment. Attendees gained valuable knowledge to better serve their clients, workplaces, and communities while earning CLE credit.
