The newly installed WBAI Board participated in its annual Board and Co-Chair Retreat on July 21,2023, at the Bryn Mawr Country Club in Lincolnwood, Illinois. The Board utilizes its annual retreat to review the Handbook for the upcoming year, to discuss policies and procedures, to brainstorm new ideas and to strategize for the year ahead.
The Board and Co-Chairs also attended two Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions for two hours of MCLE credit as part of the retreat. Nicole Wilmet-Hughes presented an Attorney Wellness CLE Program and Meditation via Zoom, and Shelia Nielson presented a live Attorney Leadership and Success CLE Program.
It was a very productive meeting and all members had inspiring ideas that are being put into action this year and in the years ahead.
