Tracey L. Schroeder
Tracey L. Schroeder serves as the Executive Director and Director of Communications & Marketing for the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois. A dedicated member of the WBAI Board for many years, she has also served as Editor in Chief of the WBAI Newsletter since 2022, helping to strengthen member engagement and elevate the Association’s voice.
An accomplished attorney and communications professional, Tracey is the founder of Schroeder Communications, where she advises organizations on strategic communications, marketing, public relations, and events. She earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, her M.B.A. from Dominican University, and dual undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Psychology from Miami University.
Tracey brings a unique blend of legal insight and communications expertise to her leadership role and is committed to advancing the WBAI’s mission and supporting its members.
