Molly Condon Wells

Molly Condon Wells is an attorney at Wallace Miller. Molly has spent most of her career as a plaintiff’s lawyer advocating for the rights of individuals harmed by large corporations. She has extensive experience handling complex matters and has pursued justice for thousands of clients in multiple mass tort litigations including the In re Essure Product Cases (permanent birth control implant), In Re: Paragard IUD Products Cases (intrauterine device), and Gilead Tenofovir Cases (HIV medications). In each of those respective litigations, Plaintiff’s Leadership appointed her to the Law and Briefing Committee where she was responsible for drafting substantive briefs regarding issues common to all plaintiffs. Molly was actively involved in preparation for the first In re Essure Product Cases bellwether trial just prior to settlement, which provided $1.6 billion in overall compensation to injured women. She also represents clients injured by the following dangerous products, drugs or medical devices: Exactech hip/knee/ankle implants, Zantac, 3M Earplugs, and Roundup. Since 2018, Molly has been honored as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

As a dedicated member of the WBAI, Molly served as the co-chair for the Women’s Bar Association Golf Outing and Top Women Lawyer’s in Leadership Award Reception in 2021. In addition to serving on the WBAI, Molly was the Vice President of Events of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Associate Board.

Molly earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign before attending Chicago-Kent College of Law where she graduated cum laude. Molly grew up on the Southside of Chicago and now lives in the northern suburbs with her husband, son and dog.
