Julie Murphy

Julie Murphy is a seasoned litigator with nearly two decades of experience representing individuals, businesses, and governmental entities in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters. Known for her strategic approach and meticulous preparation, Julie has successfully guided clients through all phases of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery to trial and appeal. Julie earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Before entering the legal profession, Julie conducted biomedical research at a Chicago-area hospital, which provides her with a strong analytical perspective to complex legal issues. Julie is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Julie also serves her community through volunteer work focused on education, mentorship, and professional development.
