The WBAI Board endorsed the concept of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education and sent a letter to the Illinois Supreme Court suggesting changes in the ISBA proposal.  The changes would make it possible for more women to serve on the MCLE Board, lower the number of hours required per year, and reduce the bureaucracy involved in administration of the program.  It was the hope of the WBAI at that time to be able to provide low cost, high quality educational programs for our members and WBAI”s MCLE Committee.
