Exciting opportunity available within our Wisconsin market for an attorney who currently practices, or has practiced in the past, Litigation or Labor & Employment law (5+ years’ experience at a minimum).
Candidates must possess a desire to develop expertise in Trade Secrets/Non-Compete matters. Prior work experience related to Trade Secrets/Non-Competes may be preferred, but is not necessary to apply.
This is an exclusive non-partner-track position within the firm, which does not require any client development commitments or non-billable hours.

This attorney will collaborate with a wide variety of clients and have the ability to grow their legal competencies extensively, while working alongside skilled colleagues.
Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, as well as experience in discovery, case preparation, motion practice, and trial/hearing work in State and Federal Court. The perfect candidate works well on a team, has a positive “can do” attitude, exemplifies strong writing skills, and is personable and detail-oriented. Relocation assistance may be available.
